How you get to Happy Dream Spa matters as much as what you book. We are a spa in Business Bay on the 19th floor of Silver Tower, Shop 1903, along Business Bay — close to the canal, Executive Towers, Bay Square, and a short ride from Downtown Dubai. By car or ride-hail
Business Bay is the road to name. Silver Tower sits with the water on one side and the Business Bay grid on the other. From Downtown Dubai, the hop is short — you are not crossing to Marina or JBR. From DIFC, you typically approach via the bridges into Business Bay and then toward the canal. From Executive Towers or Bay Avenue, you are already in the neighbourhood; a five-minute car is more comfortable than a summer walk.
Building parking is available. If you are arriving for massage in Business Bay late at night, ride-hail to the lobby is the least friction. Tell the driver “Silver Tower, Business Bay,” then “19th floor, Shop 1903” once you are inside. If the pin and the tower name ever seem to disagree on a third-party app, trust our Google listing and the suite number.
From Business Bay Metro
Business Bay station is on the Dubai Metro Red Line. It is the right station, not a door-to-door drop. In cooler months some guests walk toward the canal; in summer we recommend a short taxi from the station to Silver Tower. Confirm lines and neighbouring stops on the official RTA metro and tram stations map — Business Bay is marked on the Red Line between the Downtown cluster and stations further south.
Metro hours do not match our hours. A daily massage spa in Business Bay will still be open after the last train. Budget a car for late sessions. For a sense of how the district connects to the rest of the city, the Business Bay and Downtown Dubai encyclopaedia pages are clear on geography even if they will not help with the last 400 metres.
From Downtown hotels and the airport
Downtown hotel guests: ask the concierge for a car to Silver Tower, Business Bay, 19th floor. You should be moving within minutes, not packing for an excursion. Airport guests landing at DXB who want to go straight to the table can ride-hail with the same pin; shower first if you prefer, or come directly — we will not mind either way. Citywide orientation is on Visit Dubai if you are combining the session with a short stay.
Bay Square and Executive Towers residents often treat the journey as a neighbourhood errand. That is the idea. A spa in Business Bay should not require a special trip across the emirate.
Once you are in the tower
Take the lift to the 19th floor. Shop 1903. If you are early, wait in the calm rather than in a noisy lobby downstairs. Booking in advance via the contact page or open Google Maps for directions. Glance at services so you can name Thai, full-body, deep tissue, hot oil, aromatherapy, or couples when you write.
